Credentials

Credentials for all third party services should be identified during milestone planning. Before work on a milestone begins, the development team should have access to all third-party credentials in a 1Password vault that is specific to the project.

Having these credentials before development on a milestone begins prevents mid-sprint blockers from popping up when a developer is waiting on these credentials from a team lead or a client. This does not include credentials needed only for deployment, such as server keys.
